• Thoroughly evaluate all Interim executive candidates for background and assignment qualifications
• Provide all executives with current advanced training resulting in INTERIM certification
• Gain a clear understanding of client organization operations to provide accurate advisement
• Ensure all engagements have a written Statement Of Work that defines scope and deliverables
• Conduct formal progress reviews to monitor progression to Statement Of Work and intent
• Communicate and/or remedy current issues affecting business operations performance
• Set the highest leadership example for quality, ethics and professionalism
  Strive for all deliverables to exceed the most optimistic expectations

PROFESSIONALISM
INTERIM America executives will maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and personal conduct to reflect favorably on client companies, its stakeholders, and INTERIM America.

CONFIDENTIALITY
INTERIM America executives, its managing partners and principals, without exception, will regard all information concerning the business affairs of clients and associates as totally confidential.

REPRESENTATION
INTERIM America executives will conduct activities with express interest as a sole representative of INTERIM America and client organizations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTERIM America principals, managing partners and executives will not engage in any unlawful act, constraint of trade or any other unfair method toward its client customers, suppliers or agents.

REPORTS AND BRIEFINGS
INTERIM America principals, managing partners and executives shall agree to comply with formal progress briefings that accurately depict current results, risks and opportunities and progress toward deliverables in the Statement Of Work.
